| Leaving for Kansas tomorrow..
I think I can see why people get so involved into video games like WoW because its almost a reality to get away from the real reality. It's less complicated and its fantasy for people to get away..nice.

| I didn't pass. It was expected. I didn't feel I studied enough..not that you can ever feel ready for GRE. I did so much better on the math portion than I thought, but lower on the verbal than I expected. They added some new questions and the reading section is SO long, with only about 1 minute to answer. Have to read fast >.< Oh well, not the end of the world. I will probably try to retake it later though. But the internships I looked into didn't all require GRE scores, only stupid GSU and they aren't even offering internships next year.

| there have been a few things on my mind. one being that internship
searching is soon. REAL soon. I need to apply for some open houses
already. and i STILL dont know which field of study i want to invest my
time in.
at first pediatrition nutrition seened like fun, but i dont think that area is for me.
then
i thought about clinical dietitian position...but with more info, i
realized..yea hospital setting would be nice, but so much counseling
involved. I dont think that will ever be my cup of tea...counseling. I
already have a problem getting words across to people and get over my
weird social skills problem.. Im just not that open enough to do that
kind of work.
lately, i came across something that i thought i
would NEVER do again in a MILLON years. Food service industry for
dietetics. I wouldnt be a cook or anything in a restaurant, nothing
like that. An example of this is one of the dietitian we met in class.
She works for Chick Fil'A as a nutritionist and helps create healthful
tips and spends time inventing and reinventing menu items to appeal to
the health conscious consumer. she has a 9-5 job behind a desk and has
a lab kitchen to test out the recipes, etc. thats just one of the
examples, theres a lot other choices too..
so far, there are about 4
internship places available in the state of georgia. theres one in
athens, riverdale, and two in atlanta (which those are highly sought
after by the way). There is even one in Kansas City...weird.
I wonder how far Riverdale is..
my
choices are that I either choose one close to atlanta...or one further
away that would require getting own apt. etc. Florida seems nice.
Somewhere warm i guess if i had to be in a place foreign to me.
